Give Blck
Aisha Alexander-Young will be its first CEO. Give Blck is an online database that connects philanthropists, foundations, and social-impact investors with nonprofit groups that were founded by Black leaders.
Most recently she was vice president for strategy and equity at the Meyer Foundation, where she led its $20 million Fund for Black-Led Change.
Lilly Endowment
Jennett Hill will become the $21 billion foundation’s president on February 2. She will retain her position on its board of directors, where she has served since 2015.
A lawyer in nonprofit and tax-exempt law, she currently is senior vice president and general counsel at Citizens Energy Group.

Walton Family Foundation
Robert Burns has joined the $5.6 billion foundation as director of its Home Region Program, which focuses on community and economic development in northwest Arkansas and the Arkansas-Mississippi Delta.
Previously he was a senior vice president at Citi, where he led the bank’s efforts to promote financial inclusion and economic development.
More New CEOs
Karen Ann Daniels, director of the Mobile Unit at the Public Theater, in New York, has been named the director of programming at the Folger Shakespeare Library and artistic director at the Folger Theatre in Washington.
Kristophe Diaz, vice president of scientific affairs, has been promoted to executive director and chief scientific officer at CurePSP, a foundation that makes grants for research on prime-of-life neurodegeneration. He succeeds David Kemp, who will retain his title as president until the end of this year.
Jenean Glover will be the Blackhouse Foundation’s inaugural executive director, overseeing its programs to promote diversity and inclusion in the entertainment industry. Most recently she earned a master’s degree in the arts, technology, and the business of innovation at the University of Southern California’s Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy.
Ryan Nuckolls-Rosa, operations director at Dramatic Results, has been promoted to executive director of the education nonprofit group. She succeeds Christi Wilkins, who departed in May after 29 years there.
Trella Walker, vice president and chief strategy officer at the Nonprofit Finance Fund, will now serve as its interim CEO and president.
Roosevelt Institute
Marissa Guananja has joined the progressive think tank as chief programs officer. Most recently she was a program officer for family economic security at the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.
Scott Millstein, executive director of the Coro New York Leadership Center, is now chief administrative officer.
Woodward Hines Education Foundation
The $371 million foundation in Jackson, Miss., has announced three new program hires.
Daniela Griffin, a teacher in New Orleans, will now be director of its North Mississippi Get2College program.
Kelsey Johnson, assistant director and college counselor in the foundation’s Jackson Get2College office, has moved to become assistant director and college counselor in its North Mississippi Get2College office.
Carina Lindsey returns to the Jackson Get2College Center as assistant director. She is a school counselor who previously worked at the foundation as a college counselor and pilot program director from 2012 to 2017.

Fleming Crim, professor of chemistry emeritus at the University of Wisconsin at Madison, will now serve as a senior science adviser at the Science Philanthropy Alliance.
W.M. (Terry) Frankenberger III, chief development officer at Harlem Academy, is now chief development officer at the Harlem School of the Arts’ Herb Alpert Center.
Kathy Grant, deputy chief information officer at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, has been promoted to chief information officer. Muneeb Cheema, a business and technology consultant at Slalom, will succeed her as deputy chief information officer.
Angelica Hernandez-Williams, co-founder of Cochise Serving Veterans and the Student Philanthropy Council at Northern Arizona University, has been named rural development manager at the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits.
Lucy Kim, vice president of development at the Brookings Institution, has been named chief advancement officer of Chicago Public Media. She will begin her new job in September.
Jeff Schiffman, director of admission in Tulane University’s Office of Undergraduate Admission, has been hired as vice president for communications and public affairs at the Greater New Orleans Foundation.
Naomi Strongin, acting director of the Center for Designed Philanthropy at the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles, was promoted to vice president of the center.
